west side of town and recently had a ground breaking for the first new
industry for Leetonia in many years. Industrial Park on 130 acre
greenfield high ground location with beautiful wooded vistas; designed
and built to accommodate large plants and distribution facilities.
Located between Cleveland and Pittsburgh in the center of USA’s 4th
largest population market (6.5 million part); within one-day drive time
of 5 of 6 largest USA population markets and Canada’s two largest
