Two of New York's finest, Paul
Iannizzotto, Office of the Fire
Commissioner and Bob Salvesen,
Ladder Company 159, served as Grand Marshals of the Red, White & Blue
Parade held in Boardman, Ohio on November 10, 2001. Over 3000 participated in the parade which
ran over two and a half hours. |

On. Sept. 11, Iannizzotto led a group of people, including a deputy
fire commissioner, out of the wreckage of a World Trade Center tower
after it collapsed.
The two men were grand marshals for Saturday patriotic parade
"The Valley's Tribute to American Heroes: A Red, White and Blue
Parade." Saturday's event in Boardman was presented by The
Vindicator and WFMJ-TV 21 and sponsored by K-105, Y-103, Hot 101 and The
DeBartolo Corp.
