The Leetonia firefighters enjoyed a private meeting with the New York firefighters at the Holiday Inn following the parade.  Bob showed the men pictures taken at Ground Zero, "views you won't see on TV, " he said.  One of the first things Paul said was, "we were just doing our jobs," and he stressed, "we were the lucky ones."  Both Bob and Paul began their firefighting careers on volunteer departments prior to joining the FDNY.

They seemed to appreciate the private time with their firefighting brothers and jumped at the chance to have their picture taken with the members of the Leetonia department.
